Open Position: Business System Analyst Status: Permanent, Full-time Location: Toronto (Hybrid) Responsibilities
- Contact center experience is a must.
- Must have understanding of technical tools (Java, APIs)
- Must have experience with creating user stories
- Must have great understanding of how a call center operates and their challenges etc.
- Must have prior knowledge on how call control works for agent desktop
- Contact/Call Center experience;
- Post-secondary school education (Diploma/Degree)
- Strong knowledge of Java and API\'s.
- Experience with User Stories
- Do you have experience working within a call/contact center?
- Do you have experience with creating user stories?
- Do you have experience with technical tools specifically Java and API\'s?
