We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Product Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration and deployment of our digital health platform, which helps PM&R clinicians remotely support and monitor patients between visits.
You will play a critical role in tailoring our technology to match clinical workflows and enhance patient engagement. This includes configuring the platform for unique customer environments, designing scalable onboarding processes, and contributing to the development of patient-facing features such as behavior nudges, adherence tools, and education modules.
A deep appreciation for patient psychology, motivation, and rehabilitation practice is essential. This role requires someone who understands the clinical and operational realities of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), including therapy workflows, patient motivation challenges, and billing nuances.
Job Duties
Collect, document, and analyze customer requirements, including clinical workflows and operational requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable software configuration plans
Configure and implement a digital health platform for clients in physical and occupational therapy settings
Coordinate with product, design, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation
Customize and deploy the system to match clinic operations and regional care models, including configurations for Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) billing in the U.S.
Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) for configuration and onboarding, and contribute to customer training resources
Identify unmet behavioral and clinical needs in patient journeys and collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot client issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, health sciences, information systems, or a related field -- or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3 years of experience configuring or implementing software in healthcare settings, with direct exposure to physical rehabilitation (PM&R) workflows in both the United States and Canada
Demonstrated experience working in physical rehabilitation (PM&R) settings is required, including a strong understanding of billing and insurance reimbursement workflows, clinical workflows, patient engagement practices, and therapy-specific software systems in both countries
Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of digital onboarding processes
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with behavior change, patient motivation, or healthcare adherence strategies
Ability to create documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Proficiency with system configuration tools and collaboration platforms such as Notion for documentation and internal coordination
Hands-on experience using internal tooling or configuration systems such as Airtable, Coda, Glide, or other no-code/low-code platforms is required
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and their use in rehabilitation settings is an asset
