We are looking for a

Business Systems Analyst

for

a 6-month contract

position in

Calgary, Alberta

with possible extensions.

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

This position is 100% onsite at the client's office downtown in Calgary, Alberta.

Role Description:

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with experience in Oil and Gas, preferably in E&P companies supporting Production Operations. Solid business analysis skills, along with an extensive technical background, are required to support our systems and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Support, coordinate and manage ongoing upgrades, maintenance and issue resolution Liaise with business stakeholders to understand/document their processes and business needs Lead/support systems implementation, including requirements gathering, process mapping and test coordination Manage testing cycles for system upgrades, including working with the business users and vendors to ensure upgrades/changes are successful and have minimum impact on users Develop effective relationships with system vendors Perform incident and change management processes to ensure adequate control of systems and information

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of related experience in O&G, preferably in E&P

Experience with administration and support of Production Operations systems, preferably with Peloton ProdView

Effective communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and external partners

Strong knowledge of Asset Data Management

Strong core Business Analysis skills

Able to work in a very dynamic environment and adapt to rapid changes Able to handle competing requests and prioritize work accordingly Self-starter that takes initiative when it comes to completing all necessary tasks Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
