SUMMARY
Core Purpose and Essence of the Position: The System Super User oversees the administration and maintenance of the company\'s IT hardware and software and acts as the SME for all internal systems (WMS/TMS/OMS/WCS).
System Super Users support projects by being a part of the testing, documentation of new processes and training end users.
Within this role, the candidate is the point of contact between operations and the DSV IT support department. Administration and maintenance of computer stations, troubleshooting, systems backups, and archiving are a part of the day-to-day functions and the Systems Super User will interact with internal and external customers on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues.
System Super Users leverage their extensive knowledge of business process and policies to provide scenarios for end user training and business readiness testing forming part of first level support post go live.
