to ensure our operations run smoothly while delivering best-in-class service to our customers.

Please note: Prior Rogers retail experience is an asset. Candidates must be proficient in Rogers programs (e.g., SSP, CHAMP).

SUMMARY OF POSITION



The Business Support Representative is responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving processes, and supporting team success. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction while aligning with organizational goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR



Prior Rogers retail experience is an asset. Proficiency in Rogers programs (e.g., SSP, CHAMP) is mandatory. Experience in business supervision, operations, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and mentor team members. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and relevant software. Commitment to maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS



Oversee and streamline daily operations. Manage resources effectively to meet objectives and deadlines. Lead and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals. Monitor and ensure SLA compliance, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction. Address escalated client concerns and provide resolutions. Prepare and analyze data reports to inform management decisions. Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
