ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work with two of our iconic brands: Malibu, our beloved world's best-selling coconut flavored white rum and Kahlua, our precious coffee liqueur loved all around the world. Reporting to our Operations Global Director CO-Packer Management Malibu & Kahlua, you will have to work for the major areas of the supply chain when dealing with our Global Market Companies: demand planning and inventory management, support New Product Development (NPD) process and projects delivery, co-packing and data management.

Main responsibilities and tasks:



Supply Chain



Initiate Supplier Review Meetings monthly with Key markets. Prepare Supplier review deck which includes Agenda/forecast / FY volumes /NPD and Loop complaints. Support NPD and Copacker Managers by participating in Copacker meeting in all manufacturing facilities. Participate in regular meetings with NPD to review project milestones, identify risks & opportunities, and agree next required actions. Review KPI in Dashboard for S&OP. Prepare and reconcile Net requirements by FY and Rolling 12m/18m against Spain's NR calculations.

Customer Service



Key contact for Brand/Market Registration /MC- collect and consolidate documents needed for brand registrations in particular markets. Customer Service -provide information and answer questions to market companies and any stakeholders on various topics. Assist with ad hoc reports in BI Tool from various dept.

Finance



Prepare shipment Rolling Forecasts for finance team in USA /Stockholm /Walkerville. Prepare transfer price by sku and Brand Quality Size to Copacker (USA/FS/WLK). Assist Copacker finance team in Transfer Price inquiries.

DATA Management



Data contributor - Product Cloud which includes being responsible for hierarchy, set up of brand, brand Quality size, Liquid quality information. Key contact of Sample requests relating to Malibu and Kahlua. Loop -answer questions assigned to BSM in Loop. Maintain Master Data Module for Brand Hierarchy set up - Master data for new sku and customers. Ensure all data relating to Malibu Kahlua are maintained.

The Business Support Manager must be able to multi-task and have good time management skills. Communicate understanding of business imperatives and strong analytical skills to help efficiently support for the tasks associated with progressing all projects, demand planning and inventory management, to mitigate financial impacts with write offs.

Who we think will fit in this role:



Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or finance or a related field. Minimum 5 years in Customer Service / Database. Proficient in MS suite (Word, Excel, Project etc) Good communicator, English, second language is a plus. High attention to detail Strong Brand knowledge an advantage
