As a Business Strategist within the Traffic Services Unit, you will play a key role in ensuring effective, efficient, and coordinated service delivery across Traffic Services. This role provides strategic oversight of product and inventory management, vendor coordination, financial tracking, and process optimization to support operational excellence across the Mobility portfolio. As the Strategist, you will also collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to support daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives that enhance service reliability, financial accountability, and operational sustainability. Primary duties include:
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management following inventory contract awards, including establishing item records, coordinating with inventory and warehouse teams to identify replacement or alternative products, and ensuring smooth transition from discontinued to new items.
Maintain oversight of material utilization to prioritize depletion of existing stock, ensure accurate inventory updates, and align new product introductions with upcoming project demands and operational requirements.
Oversee procurement, inventory forecasting, and vendor relationships to prevent material shortages, manage lead times, and ensure timely delivery of critical components for operational continuity.
Collaborate with Procurement and Inventory teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, support cost control strategies, and optimize resource utilization.
Provide project management and financial oversight for developer-funded projects, shared mobility initiatives, locates, and other related Mobility programs.
Develop and implement business processes, reporting tools, and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making, transparency, and accountability across operations.
