These are the traditional lands of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Lakota, Nakota and Saulteaux peoples, as well as the homeland of the M\xc3\xa9tis.The bigger pictureWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Business Solutions Specialist to join our Member Contact Centre team in Regina and proactively support our business members in their everyday banking needs including providing holisric solutions and advice.We have opportunities for both permanent and temporary up to 18 months.How you\xe2\x80\x99ll be spending your time

• Support the financial success of our business members
• Proactively evaluate and recommend cash management solutions and other value-add services available for business members
• Manage account openings, implement new solutions and provide day to day technical support
• Answer all incoming communication from the shared email inbox and Member Contact Center Business support\xe2\x80\x99 line
• Support Virtual Business Advisor and Business Advisor teams with administrative, reporting and technical support as needed
• Mitigate risk to business members and Conexus by identifying potential fraudulent activity
• Complete Lending 360 entries for credit cards
• Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships

• At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the financial industry with demonstrated business acumen
• Previous experience in member-based financial advising
