 Job Summary: The incumbent will be primarily responsible for analyzing, acquiring or developing, programming, testing, training, delivering, and administering business applications. These applications may collect data and interface with other on-campus systems such as (but not limited to) Ellucian applications, Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 to meet the business needs of various departments and faculties. The incumbent is also expected to provide ongoing support to faculty, staff, and students, which includes, but is not limited to, training, handling support calls, and developing both technical and non-technical documentation. 
 Nature of work:
 This position reports to the Manager of Collaborative Technologies within the Information Technology department and is part of a technical team responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting various applications and solutions at Ontario Tech. 
Responsibilities/accountabilities: 
 Develop data management and collaboration solutions for all faculties and business units within the university.
