THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL



Planning, Solution Design & Implementation



Leads engagements with stakeholders to identify, assess, triage, solution, and implement operational improvements and/or inform product enhancements. Manages the coordination of business solution implementations, ensuring all initiatives are scoped, resourced, and executed in alignment with performance targets. Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with the desired impact on business operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement



Acts as a strategic problem solver and solutions advisor for the Health line of business, contributing to the resolution of operational challenges through practical and scalable approaches. Builds strong partnerships across Health teams and enterprise functions to align on goals, ensure seamless handoffs, and share accountability for success. Facilitates change by guiding stakeholders through implementation phases and supporting adoption of new processes and technologies.

Performance Tracking & Optimization



Develops and maintains tracking systems and dashboards to monitor progress against objectives and plans. Works with leaders to analyze post-implementation results, identify gaps, and iterate on existing solutions for continuous improvement.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR



Post-secondary degree in Health Sciences, Business or a related discipline. Familiarity with the health benefits, insurance, or adjacent sectors is considered an asset. Proven experience in contributing to or supporting the delivery of cross-functional business initiatives or solution implementations. Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, workstreams, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and influence without formal authority to move initiatives forward. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on accountability and follow-through.
Customer-and outcomes-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems that create operational or strategic value.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present analysis, insights, or solution recommendations to various levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project or workflow management tools (e.g., Tableau and Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Asana) Preferred experience or familiarity with implementing robotic process automation (RPA) or artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in business environments.
