Business Solutions and Ops Analyst

Role info:

\xc2\xb7 Role Supports Business and Product Operations

\xc2\xb7 Act as the lead for new implementations and continuous improvement of existing, processes and policies for Business and Product operations

\xc2\xb7 As a crucial member of our organization, you will lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the entire organization to create new processes and drive operational excellence.

What you will do:

\xc2\xb7 Manage and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.

\xc2\xb7 Document current state processes using a variety of techniques

\xc2\xb7 Design future state processes to meet requirements, address gaps in the current state, exploit opportunities for improvement and efficiencies (including time & cost reduction)

\xc2\xb7 Ability to conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations

\xc2\xb7 Ensure sufficient information is available to support internal training needs or external audit requirements, including documentation of current and historical process, policy and procedure implementations or changes

\xc2\xb7 Establish and analyze process requirements, dependencies, and system limitations from key stakeholders by conducting interviews and facilitating process mapping workshops.

\xc2\xb7 Obtain business endorsement at all levels (Sr. Leadership to individual contributors) for proposed improvements.

\xc2\xb7 Develop metrics and key performance indicators to measure process performance and facilitate data-driven improvements.

\xc2\xb7 Establishing monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the impact of process improvements and measure the success of implemented changes.

\xc2\xb7 Design, develop, and document new policies, procedures, and workflows tailored to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.

\xc2\xb7 Documenting newly designed processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other operational guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.

\xc2\xb7 Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes, workflows, and protocols to identify areas for improvement, streamline operations, and maximize efficiency.

\xc2\xb7 Continuous Improvement Culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback from stakeholders, monitoring industry best practices, and staying updated on emerging process improvement methodologies.

\xc2\xb7 Change Management: Assist in driving change management initiatives related to process improvements, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

\xc2\xb7 Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, standard operating procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent and efficient execution of processes across the organization.

\xc2\xb7 Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies, including the creation of new workflows, protocols, and guidelines.

What you need:

\xc2\xb7 Degree is business or engineering or applicable experience

\xc2\xb7 Strong professional consulting skills

\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial mindset

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently

\xc2\xb7 Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading productive workshops, capturing diverse perspectives, and guiding teams towards effective decision-making.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Business and Product Operations

\xc2\xb7 Drives for change through a strong ability to influence business partners and execute ideas through to completion

\xc2\xb7 Communicates openly and directly with various stakeholders to prioritize work deliverables and competing priorities

\xc2\xb7 5-7 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Formal Training in Lean/Lean Six Sigma preferred, including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S and other Lean disciplines connected with cross functional team leadership of business improvements.
