Business Services Associate (billingual- French/English)
The Business Services Associate serves as the technical and administrative support for farmers and stakeholders to conduct their farm operations and business with CFO.
The role provides support to all farmers as well as some industry stakeholders, troubleshooting activities as well as interacting directly with all relevant stakeholders. The role also works collaboratively with all CFO functional groups as required to offer support on strategic projects determined by CFO's Strategic Plan.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Farmer and Stakeholder Support
Provide administrative support to farmers and stakeholders, assisting them to conduct their chicken business
Coordinate with CFO Communications Team to disseminate CFO information, industry updates, upcoming events and/or on-farm related updates by telephone and by printed mail outs
Collaborate with technical staff and clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades
Liaise with the various CFO departments to resolve customer issues
Reception Line
Provide front line / Tier 1 support to a wide range of stakeholders that contact CFO's head office on the main reception line
Pull reports and monitor coverage
Assist with troubleshooting software and hardware components to identify and resolve issues
Assist with corporate projects
Assist with various strategic projects outlined by the Strategic Plan
Support Communications team as general administrative support
Assist with events as required
Assist administratively as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
College Diploma or Degree in Office Business Administration, Agriculture or Commerce
Experience
3 - 4 years' experience in customer service, program support, customer relationship management, administration, and project support
Skills and Abilities
Microsoft Office Suite - Advance
Ticketing System - Intermediate
Data entry experience - Advance
CRM experience - Intermediate
RingCentral Contact Centre Reporting and Monitoring - Intermediate
Competencies/Knowledge
Excellent professional communication (written and interpersonal) skills with ability to present information concisely, accurately, and effectively
Problem-solver who takes initiative and enjoys interacting with others
Ability to balance multiple priorities within deadlines
Develop and maintain working relationships in a cross-functional environment
Experience and/or understanding of the agricultural sector an asset
Bilingual in English/French is a must
