What You'll Do
This is a
multi-faceted role
where no two days are the same! You'll be working on marketing, communications, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks, supporting our Business Services team in various ways.
Marketing & Communications
Manage CONNECT's social media platforms
Create engaging content, schedule, and post updates
Design marketing materials that showcase our brand
Connect with stakeholders and members of the community
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Assist with accounts payable
Track construction costs
Prepare monthly statements
Work with
Sage 50 accounting software
Administrative Support
Update customer information databases
Answer calls and respond to inquiries from residents and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
A detail-oriented and creative problem solver
who can switch between tasks seamlessly
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Experience with graphic design and social media management
Bookkeeping or accounts payable experience
(familiarity with Sage is a plus!)
An undergraduate degree in business
is an asset, but not required
