Job Description

We are seeking experienced Business Program/Project Managers to lead initiatives within our Payments API Program. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in banking, payments systems, and API product development, with the ability to drive strategic roadmaps and manage cross-functional teams in an agile environment.



This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown office (250 Yonge St, Toronto)/Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time

Your future duties and responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of business programs/projects related to Payments and API development. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Drive strategic visioning and road mapping for API product development. Manage client-facing communications and vendor relationships. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide regular updates and presentations to C-level executives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodology. Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

10+ years of experience in program/project management within the banking or financial services industry. Proven experience in Payments systems and API implementation. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Technical acumen with a balanced understanding of business and technology (approx. 60/40 split). Experience with commercial banking and familiarity with SWIFT, securities, and payment processing is a plus. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience in vendor management and client-facing roles.
