The Business Process Optimization Manager will be responsible for analyzing and documenting the current state of select end-to-end processes across the organization, identifying the best tool to use for process mapping and improvement, provide guidance on training material for process owners and stakeholders, and ensuing coordination with organizational change management resources as part of the process changes. This role will report to the Director, Materials Management.

Identify the best tool to use for process mapping and improvement, considering the needs, preferences, and capabilities of CompugenConduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and observations to gather information about the current state of end-to-end processes Analyze the current state processes to identify redundant effort, opportunities for simplification, and alignment to best practicesCreate process maps and diagrams using the selected tool, following the agreed standards and conventions, ensuring to capture process descriptions, objectives, inputs, outputs, roles, responsibilities, metrics, and controlsContribute to training material and sessions for process owners and stakeholders, explaining the process mapping and improvement methodology, tool, and benefitsRecognize the organizational change management requirements of implementing process changes, such as communication, engagement, resistance, readiness, and adoptionCollaborate with process owners, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure the alignment and integration of process changes with the organizational strategy and objectivesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the process changes, and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
Specifically, starting with the Order to Cash end-to-end process
Identify the different order types used in the ordering process and how they impact deal managementWork with Sales Operations to streamline and automate order entry and order management processesLiaise with the relevant Finance and Operations resources to streamline and reduce number of branch plants while maintaining fiscal and operational controls
Collaborate with Materials Management and Distribution Centre management teams to reduce complexity during implementation of Warehouse and Transportation Management systems
Skills and qualifications, you\'ll bring:Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvementProficient in using process mapping and improvement tools, such as Visio, Lucidchart, Minitab, LeanKit, or similarKnowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similarExcellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and qualityAdaptability and flexibility to changing requirements and environments
