Business Support Assistant

administration, finance, office coordination, and sales support

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Administrative Support
Assist with
bookkeeping
, financial entry, and document control for accounting workflows.
Support
invoicing
, billing accuracy, and transaction records.
Maintain organized files, vendor documents, and financial tracking tools.
Inventory & Equipment Coordination
Track
inventory levels
, parts, and equipment items related to JEET/Jereh product lines.
Support logistics coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Maintain up-to-date inventory databases to support supply chain accuracy.
Office & Business Operations
Manage daily office functions, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Provide administrative support to leadership and project teams.
Serve as the go-to resource ensuring the office runs efficiently.
Sales & CRM Support
Assist the sales team with
CRM data entry
, quotation preparation, and follow-up tasks.
Support customer communications and documentation.
Help ensure accuracy across client accounts and sales activity logs.
General Support
Use Microsoft Office applications confidently for reporting, presentations, and workflow tasks.
Contribute to cross-functional activities as needed.
Mandarin/Chinese fluency is considered a
strong asset
for communicating with global teams and supporting China-North America coordination.
