Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented individual with 2-4 years of experience and a business degree to join our team in an operations-focused role. You'll work directly with the current General Manager, learning every facet of the business -from customer workflows and supplier coordination to product management and strategic planning.

This is not just a job - it's a career path. The right candidate will be mentored with the goal of eventually stepping into a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities
Learn and support day-to-day operations across departments: sales / service, pre-production, product / software management, logistics / shipping. Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation Help implement and optimize internal systems and processes Support reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking Contribute to strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion Shadow and collaborate with the General Manager to understand the full scope of business operations

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project coordination Ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role Logical thinker with strong decision-making skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (bonus if you've worked with SaaS tools or CRMs) A 'duer' -- hands-on, proactive, and resourceful Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
