Business Operation Associate

who can effectively manage a variety of office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Channel Operation & Management:

Manage overall sales channel operations including product launches, pricing policies, orders, and inventory management. Build and maintain effective communication and strong relationships with business partners. Collaborate with internal teams to support inventory control and sales forecasting. Develop strategies based on sales data analysis.
Other Office & Project Support:

Provide general administrative support including document preparation and report writing.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Legally eligible to work. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills. Ability to efficiently prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Advanced skills with office productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.). Marketing knowledge and experience with social media. Experience in data analysis. Create product content including descriptions and images. Execute and support social media and online marketing campaigns. Conduct market trend research and competitor analysis to propose effective marketing strategies. Marketing knowledge and experience with social media.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English (required for business communication)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
