In return, we promise to provide support, opportunities and performance-led financial rewards at a workplace where you can shape the future, win as a team and grow with us.About the roleWe are looking for an Ops & Security Champion to work with the IT+Lab Business Office Support and Services (BOSS) team who will assist with technical activities in projects and act as a technical advisor and Security Champion.What you'll do here:Act as an advisor to the BOSS squad supporting with technical and security requirements during product assessmentsProvide specialized Project support with External SAAS Solutions integrations to IFC internal infrastructure following company architecture and security standardsAssist the Project Managers with technical Vendor discussions, work estimation and implementation activities in collaboration with project SMEs.Assesses, proposes and implements methods for evaluating systems and integrating them to IFC ecosystem.Act as the Security Champion and Security control owner of SAAS solutions supported by the team, coordinates security remediations and provide executive updates on progressAcquire technical knowledge of deployed SAAS solutions to be able to support operationallyCreates and maintain required technical documentation (SOP, Technical Diagrams, Audit findings, etc)Monitor progress and assist incident management team as an IT Partner 2nd level of support to guarantee complete resolution of problemsAssist in the training and transfer of knowledge or specialized skills to other team members when required.Build and maintain excellent interdepartmental collaborative working relationships.Embrace change, support vision, direction and collaboration with team members.Willing to work evenings and/or weekends when required and on exception basisWilling to obtain cybersecurity certifications. Ie:Short term: (ISC)2s Entry Level Cybersecurity Certificate (CC) & CompTia Security+Long term (3-5 years): obtain at least one of CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSPWhat you bring to the table:University degree/College diploma in related field or any combination of equivalent education and experience.5 years experience in IT, working in the context of project delivery and system integrationA sound understanding of solution integration to internal networks, platforms, products and tools, and how these interact, how they deliver services to end users, and how they relate existing measurements and indicators. Ie: External SAAS SolutionsStrong problem-solving capabilities and can work quickly and maintain a methodical and calm approach while working under stressful situations.Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills combined with the ability to respond promptly, thoughtfully and effectively to changing priorities and situationsCapacity to influence outcomes, attain results, drive issues to closure, set high standards of performance and pursue challenging goals.Bilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.#LI-HybridWhat we offerOur hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Working here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
