Non-clinical based summer positions are available for university/college students. We are seeking individuals who are customer focused; team players; communicators; caring and respectful.


The student, Business Office will be responsible for performing a broad range of administrative and clerical duties in the Finance department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing customer service - front line staff servicing patients and hospital staff Assisting with depositing and posting payment transactions Administrative duties - data entry Maintaining up-to-date filing and document management systems Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have completed at least one year of university/college and returning to school on a full-time basis in September 2025 Must be 18 year of age at time of hire. Strong organization skills with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work with efficient turnaround time. Demonstrated excellence in problem solving, and interpersonal competence and critical thinking. Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to interact with others. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of the Mission and Values of Unity Health Toronto Excellent record of attendance and punctuality.
