PBN is seeking an experienced and driven

Business Manager/Estimator

to lead our Yellowknife operations, with a strong focus on

steel fabrication estimating

and strategic

business development

. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and is committed to growing the company's presence in construction, mining services, and metals manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of

steel fabrication and installation estimating

for small and large-scale projects Develop and maintain client relationships to drive

business growth and opportunity generation

Oversee

construction estimating

(steel, wood, concrete) and

project management

Manage and coordinate staff, field leads, and supervisors across multiple departments Collaborate with BC operations and work closely under the COO to implement strategic business initiatives Oversee inventory delegation, scheduling, logistics, and operational efficiency Foster strategic partnerships with Indigenous groups and prime contractors to expand business scope Champion continuous improvement and ensure certification compliance

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, steel fabrication, or industrial project management Proven track record in estimating and bidding large or custom projects Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Business, construction management, or trade-related education preferred

Must be willing to relocate to Yellowknife, NT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
