As the Business Manager you will ignite your entrepreneurial drive and support business growth and development utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). The Business Manager will own the vital role of Integrator in the EOS model. This position is based near Langenburg, SK, with some remote work available.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable.
Work with CEO (Visionary) to develop strategic business plans and support their implementation and ongoing success.
Create and implement processes and procedures and ensure effective communications across all levels of the organization.
Lead a team of agriculture professionals on a day-to-day basis, including performance management, hiring, training/developing employees, and other leadership and management-related duties.
Support the generation and enhancement of business opportunities, client relationships, and the development of supportive networks in the industry.
