Responsibilities include:
Create and deliver monthly sales with promotional and spending targets for assigned account portfolios, aligning with the organization and with assistance from senior management.
Support customers and establish relationships as a trusted advisor.
Solicit support for corporate initiatives from customers.
Successfully manage account portfolio by conducting regular business reviews, presenting items for listing, and continually striving to maximize sales, promotional effectiveness, and retail potential to grow market share for accounts.
Ensure a high level of accuracy of the information on product listings, prices, programs, advertising initiatives, etc.
Maintain current sales information to evaluate the performance of assigned accounts.
Determine opportunities for volume growth and develop future strategies.
Effectively manage and leverage business data and analytics to promotions, displays, and other programs into account portfolio.
Effectively manages conflict resolution and negotiation.
Requirements include:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
3 - 5 years experience in consumer-packaged goods, retail grocery, or in an unrelated industry with demonstrated sales success.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-directed, capable of working with minimal supervision.
Able to represent the company in a charismatic, professional way to the assigned portfolio of accounts.
Skilled problem solver and negotiator.
Analyzes data to effectively deliver relevant information to customers, and make sound recommendations.
What is offered:
Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 2 days in the Brampton office.
Excellent salary with a 10% annual bonus.
Paid mileage and vehicle allowance.
