Location : 350 Highway 7 East, Richmond Hill, OntarioResponsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of retail and commercial borrowers- Developing good working relationships with customers and ensuring that the quality of portfolio is acceptable to the Bank- Plan and implement marketing strategy to meet the asset/liability targets of growth in existing portfolio and new potential borrowers- Scrutinize credit requests, make recommendations, handle negotiation and prepare good quality credit proposals- Ensure lending guidelines/procedures are adhered to and documentation is completed, and provide supports to Manager- Prepare status report for changes & ad hoc requests of the Borrower- Visit and interview new and existing loan clients, identify their financing needs as well as monitoring changes- Conduct annual credit reviews and term renewals of existing borrowers on a timely basis- Maintain good customer relationship and develop referral sources- Perform due diligence such as collecting and verifying financial data, KYC forms, analysis of financial statements leading to of credit proposals- Prepare and review the security documents to ensure documentation is completed prior to advance of fundsRequirements: - University in finance, accounting or related streams- Minimum 5 years of related experience including 3 years of experience in financial sector with consumer and commercial lending experience in local market- Analytical mind, attention to details, sincerity, self-motivation, outgoing character, good verbal and writing communication skills and ability to establish rapport with customers- Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office such as word-processing, spreadsheet- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle challenging situationsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentAdditional pay:
