About your next Challenge as a Business Intelligence Analyst :

As a Business Intelligence (BI) analyst, you will be an agent of change within the organization by being a major contributor to culture shift in relation to data. You will communicate with the senior managers, supervisors and functional experts of the various Canadian divisions to propose the implementation of strategic indicators on which they will base their decisions. You will participate in the definition and implementation of performance indicators and interactive dashboards. You will work in close collaboration with several groups within the company (planning, production, methods, program, engineering, supply chain, production, etc.) in a multi-site context. You will transform data into understandable information for our internal customers, leveraging your business acumen. With your knowledge of business intelligence and your analytical skills, you will be able to assess the capabilities and possible applications of this data. You will offer coaching and support to internal BI contributors to develop their autonomy and raise their level of BI maturity. In short, you will be an ambassador of business intelligence in the organization.

What You Will Do:

• Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients;
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data;
• Use graphs, tables and other methods to visualize data;
• Establish Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of business decisions;
• Structure large data sets to find usable information;
• Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information;
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent;
• 3 to 9 years of experience in data analysis (any other equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI;
• Knowledge of data extraction, transformation and load (ETL) with SSIS and SSAS (an asset);
• Ability to analyze and model business needs;
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (oral and written);
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment;
• Agile to work simultaneously on one or more projects within a matrix organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x9cReliability\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x9d status and/or Level 2 (Secret) security clearance;
• For on-site positions, our location not accessible by public transport, car/carpooling required : Direction to Our Facility
