The Performance Management team of Real Estate Services is currently seeking for a Business Intelligence analyst to assist in maximizing Real Estate Services? efficiency and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in data management and governance reviews, data maturity assessments
• Assist with data architecture reviews and participate in roadmap planning
• Assist business intelligence team in ensuring documentation is up-to-date
• Provide analytic support in the development and implementation of data solutions to meet business needs;
• Review business processes, perform deep dive analysis, uncovering areas for improvement, documenting and communicating results;
• Synthesize strategic insights and effectively communicate findings to senior management;
• Work on transformational projects using latest technologies

Critical Competencies

• 
  University Bachelor?s degree in Business, Real Estate, Applied mathematics / Statistics, equivalent work experience;
• Strong background in quantitative analysis and numerical model development;
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills; must be able to articulate recommendations and results
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines & handle changing priorities
• Ability to wrk in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, Functions, Charting)
• Experience with data visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau
• Experience with data analysis programming language such as Python or R

Preferred Competencies

• Bilingual (French & English)
• Exposure to GCP or any other cloud platform
• Working knowledge of SQL
