Summary Of Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
The Business Information Management Specialist provides business technical leadership across a broad range of information management functions to support the various areas of data and analytics.
Works independently as a senior lead and may manage and direct activities related to analysis, design and support of business data management solutions on various projects ranging up to larger projects.

Highly seasoned professional role requiring substantial knowledge / expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areas

The Business Management Specialist - Data & Analytics role at Client supports the Platforms & Technology Global Security & Defense division in Canada or the US by leveraging audit and regulatory data to enhance risk management and compliance through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
This position plays a key role in strengthening risk frameworks and enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership.
Data Strategy and Leadership: Partners with the Data Manager to execute data strategy, lead advanced analytics solutions, and mentor junior analysts to foster analytical excellence.
Data Science and Risk Analytics: Designs and deploys statistical and machine learning models to identify risks, forecast emerging issues, and prioritize findings based on severity scoring.
Audit and Regulatory Data Analysis: Analyzes large datasets of findings and remediation efforts to generate actionable insights to senior leadership / executives, perform root cause analysis, and support sustainability assessments of remediated issues.
Risk Reporting and Governance: Develops executive dashboards and reports translating complex data into risk intelligence, collaborates with governance teams, and ensures compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
