Excellent memory recall and training abilities - conducting regular team meetings - professional phone etiquette - strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents - Great ability to multi-tasks and prioritize effectively without stress- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 Must have managed a team of over 50 people and can handle any situation with a professional, effective and kind approach. Responsibilities: - You work closely with the team, making sure everything throughout the day-to-day operations get done professionally and effectively \xe2\x80\x93 Marketing in the community \xe2\x80\x93 One on One with clients for inquiries and signing them up with the company - Prepare and edit correspondence, and communications in person, email and text, presentations, - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Answer phone calls and support all staff and clients with their needs. \xe2\x80\x93 Assist with all departments.
