Our client, a company specialized in 3PL logistics, is looking for a Business Development Specialist!

Your profile?
- 3-5 years experience in business development in 3PL ground transportation exclusively and a stable career path
- Previous experience working on the road
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in French
Other Language Requirement: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: Communications with clients across Canada
- Frequency of Use: Daily
Your role?
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients seeking warehousing and transportation solutions.
- Meet sales growth targets through proactive outreach, including cold calls, client meetings, and tailored presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and prepare regular administrative reports.
- Develop and manage strategic account plans, including conducting quarterly business reviews.
- Ensure excellent service delivery to clients through consistent communication, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Guide clients through onboarding processes, ensuring operational alignment and capturing key requirements.
- Provide clients with clear, informative presentations highlighting the company's service offerings and benefits.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service capabilities meet client needs and support customer retention.
