Business Development & Sales

role is a key driver of growth for

Wallace & Wallace's

full product line, including

fences, overhead doors, and automated gates

. This is an

outside sales

position focused on building strong relationships with dealers, supply-only customers, contractors, and home builders across

Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario

.

Primary Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities across all Wallace & Wallace product lines Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients Actively prospect, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales Promote the Wallace & Wallace brand in a professional and knowledgeable manner Maintain accurate client and opportunity records using company CRM systems

Sales

Prepare accurate and competitive quotes Provide product demonstrations as needed Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Support marketing initiatives and distribute promotional materials

Skills & Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Outgoing personality with the ability to establish and maintain rapport Strong problem-solving and time management skills Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Ability to travel throughout Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario

Education and Experience:

Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field is an asset Previous outside sales experience strongly preferred Familiarity with construction, fencing, doors, or gate systems is an advantage
