A globally spread MSM team takes pride in providing world- class solutions to institution partners in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU.

Deliverables of the position shall include:



1. Global Business Expansion - 12 Month project



Oversee the execution of MSM Global Business Strategy across international verticals. Deliver Global Market Strategy for GMO and UNIFY across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas. Drive performance of Global salesforce against growth targets for B2B, B2C and B2G sales. Source and interview and appointment consultants for MSM Media global team and advise & join selection panels for other x functional roles. Build a Global agent and partner network for MSM Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas. Develop commercial insights for partner schools that resonate with global markets. Optimize alignment across the commercial and operational teams across Global business functions to drive profitability. Provide thought leadership, elite public speaking engagements and other high-profile raising activities to promote MSM value proposition to Global audiences and key industry stakeholders. Build a world-class Sales enablement function for MSM and related business. Embed Global operational cadences and best practice workflows. Optimize commercial operations with defined responsibilities. Partner with X functional leaders (CFO/CTO/to build efficiencies and scale sustainably.

2. Executive Leadership - 12 month project



Provide recommendations and insight for MSM Global Advisory Board,structures and appointees/Non-Execs Support CEO and other Executive leaders on X functional Business structuring & or restructuring. Provide Executive Mentorship and coaching across function Location: Canada Optimize commercial operations with defined responsibilities Partner with X functional leaders (CFO/CTO/to build efficiencies and scale sustainably) Providing Commercial updates and board pack to CEO MSM Exec Board meeting Global

3. Corporate Training & Delivery - 6 Month Project



Work on the set of Global Workforce culture and optimized cadences. X functional Business restructuring. Provide Education, Corporate, and leadership expertise and training. Work together with the Chief People Office to build global standards and best practices a cross business functions. Deliver 10 recorded training sessions every 3 months

4. Strategic Alliance:



You will be responsible to provide the Services set out herein within the territory of (Location), and any such other territory, in person or virtually, as determined by the Company from time to time during the Term of this Agreement. You will be responsible to provide, including but not limited to, the following Services within the territory: Examine and assess the existing level and state of MSM partnerships, alliances and strategy pertaining to business development. In consultation with the executive develop and execute alliance strategy and business plan to identify, reach and sign deals with key stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify innovative ways to scale up and grow MSM business and partnerships and create new initiatives including building relationships with relevant government authorities. Review and oversee the success of existing MSM partnerships and monitor institution and partner satisfaction with the goal to long standing contractual and mutually successful business relationships. Create and forecast budgets with ability to execute project plans, manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads and manage individual/team budgets. Be responsible and own MSM's business revenue generation and P&L by leading your business development teams to achieve their key performance indicators, metrics, milestones, revenue and P&L objectives. Track and report regularly on progress and success. Lead and monitor your business development teams to attain the highest standard of ethics and performance. Create action plans that will include the development of joint solutions, sales training and education of the MSM team. Represent the Company at business, political and social events, as required to promote the interests of the Company. Work with the MSM Executive team to add support in other areas and assist with other company projects and initiatives, as needed. Identify key market opportunities and target universities to establish strategic alliances and collaborations.

5. Partnership Development:



Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with university stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and decision-makers.

6. Program Design and Implementation:



Collaborate with academic partners to design and develop innovative educational programs that meet the needs of students and industry.

7. Market Expansion:



Drive market expansion efforts by promoting MSM's programs and services to universities and educational institutions.

8. Revenue Generation:



Sign up universities to student recruitment partnerships via our GMO and Unify platform. Develop and implement revenue generation strategies to maximize the financial impact of university partnerships. Identify other opportunities for revenue growth, including program licensing, tuition revenue sharing models, and sponsored initiatives. The Annual targets of 35 Unify agreements and 15 GMOs for 2025.

9. Collaboration and Engagement:



Foster collaboration and engagement between MSM and university partners to support joint research, projects, and initiatives. Organize events, workshops, and conferences to facilitate networking and knowledge sharing among academic and industry stakeholders.

10. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:



Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success. Monitor and analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Who we're Looking For:



Overall experience of 18+ years Has eight (8) years or more experience in Strategic Planning (Required) Has five (5) years or more experience in International Education (Preferred) Has eight (8) years or more experience in Business Development (Required) Highly preferred candidates with experience in one or all areas, including international education, higher education, and information technology Politically savvy with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills are required Knowledge of general trends, economic drivers, and policies across the international education sector Set strategic context based on industry trends, evaluate patterns emerging in the market, develop long-term implications and recommend pragmatic strategies for new business opportunities
