What You'll Be Doing



Generate leads and new business opportunities through high-impact outbound outreach Qualify potential leads and ensure they are a great fit for Venn's products and services Identify and research target companies to continuously expand our outbound prospect list Partner closely with Account Executives and the wider sales team to improve the outbound BDR strategy. You will have a direct impact on helping shape the broader sales motion

What we're looking for:



1+ years of experience in software sales Strong record of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals You're just as comfortable on the phone as in writing, and you can translate business problems into a compelling value proposition A customer-obsessed mindset, with real curiosity about the businesses you speak to and the challenges they're trying to solve A love of learning. You're someone who is always looking for ways to improve your craft, stay current on trends, and bring new ideas to the table Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, changing environment. You stay adaptable, resilient, and energized by building something new
