to set meetings for the Sales Team.

SHIPHYPE Fulfillment is a fast-growing 3PL/fulfillment provider headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We operate warehouses across Canada and the US, providing fulfillment services to DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands.
In simple terms, we store inventory and pack orders for brands that sell products through their websites (Shopify, etc.). Our clients range from startups to established mid-market and enterprise brands.
With growth exceeding 100% year-over-year, we're experiencing strong demand -- and now we're looking for a BDR to help bring in more business.
About the Position

Your mission is simple:
Find qualified prospects, understand their business, and book calls for the Sales Team.
You'll be the first point of contact for DTC brands exploring fulfillment partners.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, personalized messaging, voice notes)
Email prospecting and follow-ups
Researching potential clients thoroughly:
Studying their website
Understanding their business model
Identifying fulfillment pain points
Gathering context to personalize outreach
Setting qualified meetings for the Sales Team
Writing effective outreach angles based on buyer pain points
Updating CRM and staying organized
Learning the 3PL/logistics space to speak confidently
Testing new methods to increase meetings booked
Weekly meetings with management to review performance
Tracking outreach KPIs and improving response rates
Contributing new ideas for outbound campaigns

Strong written communicator, especially through DMs and email

Requirements
1-3 years in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role
Comfortable with high-volume outreach
Strong written and verbal communication
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Understanding of eCommerce or 3PL is a plus (not required)
Work Environment
Team of ~35 employees across 4 locations
Small but growing sales team
Full-time (8 hours/day as needed)
Hybrid setup -- in-office 1-2 days/week (flexible)
Long-term opportunity (1-5 years)
Pay
$25 per hour + performance bonuses for meetings booked.
