Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of
30 outbound calls daily
to provided warm leads.
Set
3-4 qualified appointments each day
with prospective clients.
Conduct
2-3 client-facing sales meetings daily
, virtually or in person.
Build rapport and educate estheticians on the benefits of our aesthetic facial machine.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through consistent follow-up.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
Accurately track calls, appointments, and sales activity in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, inside sales, or appointment setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking on the phone.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or medical spa industry is a plus (but not required).
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
