The Opportunity



BPS is hiring a Business Development Representative to help drive the next phase of our

growth.

This is a newly created role that will start part-time with flexible hours and evolve into a full-

time position. You'll work closely with ownership to help shape our sales approach, build

pipeline, and expand our client base across residential, commercial, and property

management accounts.

What You'll Be Responsible For



? Sell lawn care, pest control, animal removal, and holiday lighting services to new

and existing customers

? Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities

? Prospect residential, commercial, and property management clients

? Meet with prospects, prepare quotes, close sales, and follow through to revenue

? Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers

Strategy & Collaboration



? Work with ownership to set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

? Help develop sales strategies by service line

? Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns

? Maintain strong product knowledge and competitive awareness

Process & Reporting



? Track all sales activity in CRM

? Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline, activity, and results

? Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Customer Experience



? Build long-term, trust-based client relationships

? Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions

? Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale

What We're Looking For



? 3-5 years of sales experience (B2B, B2C, or both)

? Strong prospecting and business development skills

? Confident communicator with professional presence

? Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently

? Experience in pest control, lawn care, landscaping, or property services is an asset

? Experience working with property managers or commercial clients is an asset

? Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic digital tools

? Valid G driver's license

Compensation & Benefits



? Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

? Target Earnings once full time: $70,000+
