Business Development Representative - Central Prairie & Midwest Territory
(Manitoba Saskatchewan North Dakota South Dakota Minnesota Western Ontario Regions)
SuperForm is expanding and we're looking for a Business Development Representative to support and grow relationships across a key territory that includes Manitoba, Saskatchewan, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and portions of Western Ontario.
This role is rooted in account support, relationship development, customer experience, and steady growth of existing partners. You will be the face of SuperForm in your region, building trust, supporting dealers, and helping them succeed long-term.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission. Commission opportunities in this role typically range from $45,000 to $90,000+ per year, depending on performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Manage an assigned portfolio of dealers and builders across the region
Maintain monthly check-ins and track interactions through CRM (Trello)
Conduct quarterly in-person visits with SuperForm partners
Provide product knowledge, training, and support to builders & end users
Identify challenges early and coordinate solutions with internal teams
Support onboarding of new dealers when applicable
Attend regional industry events and represent SuperForm professionally
Monitor account performance and report risks/opportunities to leadership
Daily Work Will Include
Relationship management with dealers & contractors
Field visits and technical support conversations
Territory communication planning and route scheduling
Sharing market feedback with leadership and marketing
Contributing to product improvement and customer experience
