What You'll Do:
Identify and reach out to potential clients in the construction and trades industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new partners.
Schedule meetings and present our services to potential clients.
Track leads and opportunities using our own internal system.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for growth.
What We're Looking For:
Previous sales, business development, or client-facing experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
Knowledge of the construction industry is a bonus, but not required.
Compensation:
100% commission-based - your earnings grow directly with your results.
Earn
20% of the placement fee
