Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and establish connections with potential clients.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities effectively.
Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote our products and services, ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation and business development initiatives.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce or other relevant CRM systems.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
A background in marketing is a plus, helping to align business development efforts with promotional strategies.
