Business Development Representative

to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with the community, and sharing meaningful services that truly change lives.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local partners to promote Comfort Keepers' services. Identify and reach out to new referral sources (e.g., hospitals, clinics, retirement homes, community centres). Represent Comfort Keepers at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities. Follow up with leads, inquiries, and referrals to support families seeking care for their loved ones. Work closely with the care team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to service start. Help create awareness campaigns, materials, and social media ideas that reflect our mission to elevate the human spirit*.

What We're Looking For

A

people person

-- friendly, genuine, and confident when meeting new people. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. At least 2 years experience in

sales, community relations, marketing, or healthcare

(asset, but not required). Passionate about helping others, especially seniors and their families. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (some local travel required).
