On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.
Our client is a leader in out-of-home advertising solutions, offering global clients one of the largest digital billboards in Times Square for their ad campaigns. Their client portfolio includes major brands such as Disney, Bet MGM, Formula1, LG, Coca-Cola, Kylie Cosmetics and Hugo Boss (to name just a few).
Their energetic team is growing fast, and they are seeking two Business Development Representatives who will be responsible for generating business opportunities with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies across the world. This role is for strategic, gritty, and energetic individuals that want to be part of an inspiring team - and make great money!

About You

• Experience in a B2B sales role, or other position requiring outbound calls to generate interest/leads for a product or service will be prioritized.
• Experience in other sales or similarly goal/metrics-driven environments, such as retail sales, high-performance sports, hospitality, call centres, etc.
• Able to spend three days per week in Oakville office
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, driven, and goal-oriented - the effort you put in directly correlates with your results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent active listening to help uncover and understand prospects' business challenges.

• Compensation: $50K - $55K salary with uncapped earning potential ($24K per deal, with their top performer earning over $200K last year)
