Job Description


On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

  • We are vertically integrated to help our clients with end-to-end services. Services from equipment automation, outbound logistics, and quality systems to printing, pick/pack to palletization and more.
  • Our lead software will help manage an entire business from quoting, to client customization to their specific needs, inventory management, production traceability and helping to improve efficiency.
  • Most importantly, quality is the top priority. One of the few Canadian organizations that have a SQF Certified (GFSI), DEL (Drug Establishment License), SFCR (Safe Food for Canadians Regulation).
About the role: Business Development Representative
  • Hunter-like mentality that can hunt, research and prospect to generate leads. Conducting high-volume cold-calls, leveraging the CRM system.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively connect with prospects to understand their needs, pain points and problem solve.
  • Great relationships skills that can help clients understand the value of services that my client can offer to help build new relationships and maintain relationships with current clients.
  • Works collaboratively with other departments to deliver seamless client experience.
  • You achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas through moving clients down the sales funnel, retaining/maintaining existing business.
About you:
  • 1+ years experience of B2B selling experience
  • Understands how to handle the front-end of the sales cycle that can research, prospect and perform effective outbound calls.
  • Great at building and maintaining relationships - that can understand customers needs and work closely with their organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively connect with prospects.
  • You must possess a hunter-like mentality.
  • Motivated, driven and willingness to learn to grow within the organization.
