Duties



Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm leads and targeted marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations with decision-makers across various industries, demonstrating the value of our technology solutions. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions and progress. Qualify leads by understanding client needs, conducting needs assessments, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and fostering long-term partnerships. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to enhance sales strategies and technical knowledge.

Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles with a focus on technology or software solutions. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Pipedrive or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines. Excellent communication skills in English--both verbal and written--with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts. Demonstrated success in outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and lead qualification processes. Knowledge of sales techniques related to technical sales or technology solutions is highly desirable. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and resilience under pressure. Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building relationships and understanding client needs.
