Responsibilities



Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts. Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Communicate effectively the value of our products and services to potential clients. Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements



Recent university/college graduate Proven interest or internship experience in business development, logistics, sales, or a related field is a plus. Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex products and logistics processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Proficiency in English is required; French language skills are a plus. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in Aviation / RPAS industry are a plus

Pay: $45,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
