We're searching for a sharp, organized, and friendly
Business Development/Sales Representative
to join our team! You'll be the proactive force generating exciting new business opportunities throughout the
GTA
. This role involves building relationships, crafting compelling proposals, and creating winning client engagement strategies.
What You'll Be Doing:
Hunting down and qualifying great new clients, identifying
real opportunities
for C2K Canada.
Getting to know potential clients' needs (especially within
construction, kitchen, or cabinetry
) and showing them how we can be their perfect partner.
Keeping our CRM sparkling clean by managing leads, tracking sales activity, and planning future success.
Making outbound sales calls to connect with exciting new prospects.
Working closely with our internal sales team to share what's working and help us all improve!
What We're Looking For in a Teammate:
Must-Have:
Real-world experience or deep knowledge in the
Construction, Kitchen, or Cabinetry industries
. You know the lingo and what clients need!
Travel Ready:
You'll be traveling around the
GTA about 25-50%
of the time to meet clients face-to-face.
Reliable Wheels:
You
must have access to your own reliable vehicle
for client visits. (Don't worry, we cover the mileage--
Gas reimbursement is provided!
)
Fantastic communication, people skills, and the ability to negotiate like a pro.
A true team player who thrives on organization.
Sharp analytical skills for solving problems and seeing the big picture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
