What You'll Do



Build and manage a pipeline for new industrial construction and maintenance contracts across oilfield, agricultural, and wood?product sectors in Alberta. Identify, research, and engage prospective clients--via cold outreach, networking, and participation in industry events (e.g., GP Chamber events, trade shows). Participate in bid preparation: draft proposals, organize RFP responses, collaborate with internal estimators/project teams. Close deals--negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring win-win vendor-client outcomes. Track and report findings and results to senior management, manage CRM pipeline, and forecast quarterly business goals. Maintain relationships with current clients, acting as primary account contact and ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.

What We're Looking For



Sales/business development professional with experience in oil & gas, forestry, and or agriculture sectors.

Proven track record hitting and exceeding quota. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills--comfortable with technical/estimator audiences. Self-starter with a hunter mentality, but also adept at teamwork and coordination. CRM proficiency and MS Office fluency. Ability to travel and participate in trade shows/networking events as needed.
