Kleen N Shine Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Calgary. We are expanding and looking for a confident, motivated

closer

who can win new business through

door-to-door outreach, business walk-ins, commercial walkthroughs, and RFP bidding

.

This is a

field-based, performance-driven role

for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and

closing deals

.

What You Will Do Residential Sales (Door-to-Door)



Canvass assigned Calgary neighborhoods. Offer move-in/move-out cleans, deep cleans, one-time and recurring services. Provide quick estimates and book cleaning jobs on the spot or next-day. Track leads and follow up to secure confirmed bookings.

Business Outreach & Commercial Lead Generation



Walk into local businesses, offices, plazas, and commercial properties. Introduce services and identify decision-makers. Schedule facility walkthroughs with property/facility managers. Build ongoing business relationships.

Commercial Contract & RFP Bidding



Conduct building walkthroughs to determine scope of work. Estimate labour hours, frequencies, consumables, and service plans. Prepare pricing sheets, quotes, and proposal packages. Track and respond to RFPs (APC, MERX, City Vendor Portals & Property Management Groups). Present proposals and

close

contracts.

Qualifications:



2+ years experience

in

contract sales, facilities services sales, or RFP bidding. (Preferred)

Proven track record

winning commercial or institutional cleaning contracts.

Ability to

read scopes of work

, calculate

labour hours

, and build

pricing schedules

for janitorial services. Experience submitting proposals / bids using

APC, MERX, City Vendor Portals

, or property management procurement systems. Confident conducting

on-site walkthroughs

and speaking with property / facility managers. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field travel. Organized, proactive, and able to manage your own pipeline without supervision.

Preferred (Strong Advantage)



Existing relationships with

property managers, facility management companies, or building service contractors.

Experience with

commercial contract onboarding and client handover.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: On the road
