Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic sales professional that is interested in proudly serving our clients throughout Alberta.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth throughout your defined business area. You will build trust through fostering long-term partnerships with new and prospective clients by providing solutions for their business needs, while being their trusted advisor and the main contact as the bridge between our clients and operations teams. We are seeking a dynamic person that strives to build relationships with customers, cold calling and identifying new business opportunities. We are seeking a team player that enjoys collaborating with internal teams, managing customer expectations, and driving overall growth.

Responsibilities and Duties include:



Lead Generation:

Actively prospect for new business opportunities, establishing a pipeline and identifying sales opportunities across our service regions.
Key Account Management:

Nurture existing relationships with tailored solution-based sales opportunities for their service needs. Communicating opportunities to add value to existing clientele while addressing any challenges in which they need additional support.
Collaboration:

Collaborating with internal teams to delivering an exemplary customer experience through clear and concise communication, execution through a business ownership culture and servicing our clients through high quality customer service supporting O.N.E. Transport Groups best standards and best practices. Develop action plans across business units, ensuring end-to-end customer service delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications:



Proven Sales Experience:

1+ years of Business to Business sales experience with a proven track record of generating sales leads, closing new client accounts. Key Account management with a track record of growing internal clients, supporting their business development through continuous relationship building. Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Relationship Building:



You excel at understanding our clients' needs and build long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial.

Organization Skills:



Strong ability managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Intermediate experience with Microsoft suite of services. Customer management system experience is considered an asset. Effective communicator that is comfortable communicating to all levels of business both verbally and written. Technologically Savvy with the ability to learn internal systems.

Negotiation & Problem Solving:



Comfortable negotiating service agreements and overcoming objections, turning challenges into opportunities by working with cross-functional groups to provide agile solutions.

Travel:



Candidate will be required to travel 25% of the time in a month

Compensation:



Competitive wage and untapped commissions.

Training to be provided for the successful candidate to hit the ground running.
