The Role
TMA Systems is seeking a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our expanding sales team. This is a professional role focused on outbound lead generation and developing quality early-stage sales opportunities across TMA's entire portfolio of solutions.
Reporting to the
Business Development Manager
, you will leverage industry-leading tools--such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong- to connect with target accounts, uncover needs, and drive the pipeline for Account Executives.
Your mission: create meaningful outreach, build trust with decision-makers, and generate interest that opens the door to deeper solution conversations across the full suite of TMA offerings.
What You'll Do
Conduct
75-100 quality outbound calls per day
to prospects in target accounts.
Execute structured multi-channel outbound sequences using
LinkedIn, email, and phone
.
Start conversations that uncover needs, challenges, and interest in
any TMA solution
.
Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and the Business Development Manager to refine messaging, document activities, share insights, and continuously improve outreach.
Stay informed on industry trends and the
breadth of TMA's product ecosystem
to position solutions effectively.
Qualifications
2-4 years
of experience in outbound sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with decision-makers.
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and motivated by measurable goals.
Familiarity with
Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools
is an asset.
Experience in
facilities/operations management, education, healthcare, government, or manufacturing industries
is considered a plus.
