Adecco is hiring a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join our own family of permanent colleagues. This role will be reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales and will be responsible for qualifying leads and targeted prospecting through phone and email outreach on behalf of Adecco. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is remote and candidates can be located anywhere in Canada, however we prefer that you have the ability to work during core business hours Monday to Friday (EST). Adecco believes in offering flexibility to work in the way that makes you most productive.



The ideal candidate is someone with experience in a direct B2B sales role, who thrives under pressure and enjoys working a highly results-driven environment. What you'll be doing

Qualifying web leads received and manages chat bot responses ensuring timely follow up Performing high volume targeted prospecting activities through cold calling and e-mail within identified verticals to introduce Adecco's products and services Collaborating with sales colleagues to book sales meetings and ensure follow through on all qualified leads Maintaining records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Adecco office technology

About you


We want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:




Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients (varying levels of management). Superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, can effectively manage multiple tasks, and prioritize any new tasks as required. Proven consistently high levels of sales performance, with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience. A minimum of three (3) years related work experience in customer service. Preferred two (2) years working experience in sales and/or staffing. Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and e-mail applications. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. French/English Bilingualism, fluent in both verbal and written communication
