This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing team focused on growing our XR practice. Aequilibrium is on a mission to solve customer problems with the technology of XR/AR/VR.

As such we are looking for a hungry and keen Business Development Representative (BDR). You'll be focused on identifying net new opportunities in defined key markets such as retail, e-commerce, higher education and financial services.

We are looking for a team player who's also ambitious and a self starter. You will be comfortable with carrying and achieving a net new qualified meeting target.

You'll need a to have real conversations with your prospects about their business needs and wants. You will need to be highly organized, attentive to detail, results-driven and comfortable thinking outside of the box.

Who you are:

  • You are a hungry, yet sound and ethical looking to practice your hunting skills? You are ambitious and looking for a fast-track career to a key sales position? You don't want to sell boring solutions?
  • We are looking for a hungry business development who has had at least 6 months of experience, ideally with a first experience in cold calling and a proven track-record of over-achievement in this field.
  • As a Business Development Representative, you will be an integral member of the Aequilibrium XR/VR/AR sales team. You will be key in our Go-to-market strategy, working alongside the Director (Head of Sales-Innovation) to actively identify and establish new business opportunities. You will relentlessly focus on your target to fully contribute to Aequilibrium's success.
What you will be doing:
  • Identify new business opportunities in specific, targeted market segments
  • Researching, building, managing and closing your own pipeline of opportunities
  • Establishing connections and building rapport
  • Listening and understanding the needs, pains points and requirements of potential customers
  • Qualifying potential prospects hen they are a good fit for our solution
  • Working with a Director of Sales (Head of Sales, Innovation) to set up meetings with new prospects
  • Utilize technology to maximize efficiency - we use HubSpot & ZoomInfo as our main sales tool
  • Build your knowledge base, get informed, maintain and share feedback and objections with your team
  • Identify and discuss lessons learned with other team members to support an environment of continuous improvement
  • Follow the process to keep HubSpot up to date with your daily activities
